Sara Mai is the Managing Director of Accounting and Finance at Golden Gate Global. She manages and oversees the accounting, third-party fund administration, financial planning & analysis, reporting, tax compliance, treasury, human capital, technology, and general company operations.
Ms. Mai joined Golden Gate Global after 20+ years of accounting and finance experience in real estate investment, blockchain development, and digital assets. Prior to Golden Gate Global, Ms. Mai was the Head of Finance at Tari Labs and Associate Director in Gen II Fund Services. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Asset Investment Service at BNY Mellon and Deutsche Bank in San Francisco, California.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and fluent in English and Mandarin.
