Jaycee Yao is an Associate Counsel at Golden Gate Global and Urbanite Capital. She assists with legal compliance, due diligence, fund formation, corporate governance and provides general legal support.
Prior to joining Golden Gate Global, Ms. Yao worked at two large U.S. law firms representing private equity sponsors. She earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from USC Gould School of Law and a bachelor's degree with honors from Johns Hopkins University.
Ms. Yao is fluent in English and Mandarin.
