We’re proud to share that Golden Gate Global, a USCIS-designated leading EB-5 regional center, has received its 100th I-526E approval after the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) took place. This milestone reflects the strength, integrity, and continued compliance of our EB-5 offerings, as well as the trust placed in us by investors worldwide.
Since the enactment of RIA, Golden Gate Global has successfully closed three EB-5 projects:
An I-526E approval is a pivotal step in the EB-5 process. It confirms investor eligibility and project compliance with the enhanced RIA standards, leading to the issuance of conditional green cards that grant investors and their families the right to live and work anywhere in the United States. Each approval marks the beginning of a new chapter for a family building their future in America.
These EB-5 projects represent not only regulatory compliance but real results: 100 investors across these projects have already received their conditional green cards, with many more approvals on the way.
