Steady Construction Progress
Construction activities at the Sun Valley site have advanced steadily through the first quarter of 2025, with multiple trades actively working on-site. Progress highlights include:
- Subcontractor presence across electrical, concrete, rebar, plumbing, mechanical, waterproofing, structural steel, and general labor
- Post-tension cable and rebar placement underway on multiple levels
- Staircase erection is actively in progress
- Shoring installation is in place to support the vertical structure
- Concrete work completed through the grade level and the basement ramp
- First-floor and second-floor deck slabs have been poured
- Columns and interior shear walls are now poured up to the third floor
This construction momentum reflects a focused effort by the on-site development team to stay on schedule, with project completion targeted for Q2 2026.
EB-5 Investors Received Multiple I-526E Approvals
The first Appellation Sun Valley Investors received their I-526E approval back in June 2024. Since then, more than 20+ EB-5 investors received their I-526E approvals for conditional green card applications by USCIS, which signifies a major advancement in the EB-5 process for the Appellation Sun Valley Hotel.
This milestone grants investors and their families conditional green cards, allowing them to live and work anywhere in the United States as well as the ability to leave and enter the country freely.
Conditional residents become eligible to file for removal of conditions 21 months after receiving their conditional green card, moving them closer to permanent residency. Learn more about the EB-5 visa process and timelines.
