One of the biggest changes to the EB-5 Program was the introduction of concurrent filing of adjustment of status with the EB-5 visa application (form I-526E).
The Adjustment of Status petition allows applicants to remain in the United States and apply for a work permit while awaiting their Green Card through the EB-5.
